Q1:How long is the lead time for samples?
A:Mostly ship the same day or next day, ship way: by DHL/Fedex/UPS, takes about 3-8 days
on the way. We can also send to your Agency's or your Partner's place.
Q2:Could I get some samples?
A:Yes,free samples can supply if you can afford the freight charges. The sample freight cost
is refundable after mass order over 2000pcs confirmed.
Q3:Do you have your own factory ?
A:Yes,we are BSCI and Sedex certificated factory with 14 years silicone product experience.
From the beginning to today and future, we have, we are and we will secure decent working
conditions, fight against child labour, discrimination and forced labour.
Q4:What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
A:We have our own designers in office. So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, If you can
provide stp or other 3D format, much better.
Q5:Could I use my own logo or design on goods?
A:Yes silk printing, laser printing logo and customised package is available.
Q6:What is the payment team?
A:30% T/T ,70% balance before shipment,L/C at sight,Paypal,West Union etc.
Q7:How to place an order?
1. Order confirmed.
2. Customer makes 30% deposit or open LC after receiving our PI.
3. Factory produces the first sample with customer design or logo.
4.Customer approves to start mass production
5. Mass Production.
6. Customer arrange 3rd party or partner to do quality inspection.
7. Supplier arranges necessary documents and sends copy of these documents.
8. Customer pays balance payment.
